Andy Cohen is an Operating Partner at Pilus Capital and an operator-investor focused on building scalable, defensible platforms through disciplined execution and transformation. He is recognized for turning fragmented or underperforming businesses into focused operating platforms with clear strategic positioning.

Andy is the Chief Executive Officer and principal shareholder of Accuvise Consulting, where he has led multiple acquisitions, integrations, and modernization initiatives across advanced materials, secure cloud technologies, and defense-grade cybersecurity. Under his leadership, Accuvise has developed two complementary operating platforms. Admix Innovations focuses on graphene-enhanced materials for applications in infrastructure resilience and defense-related composites. Integrato operates as a Microsoft Frontier Firm and Cloud Solutions Partner, delivering secure cloud and data modernization across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on zero-trust architectures and regulatory compliance including CMMC and NIST standards.

Andy’s background spans executive team design, consulting and program leadership, and investment thesis development and execution. He brings deep experience across cybersecurity and defense technologies, cloud modernization, ERP and CRM transformation, and the practical deployment of applied and agentic AI to improve productivity and decision-making in complex organizations.

At Accuvise and in his role as Operating Partner, Andy works closely with investors, family offices, and management teams to build leadership structures, establish governance frameworks, and drive value creation through operational improvement, vertical integration, M&A, and technology leverage.
