Yossi Aloni is a Senior Advisor at Pilus Capital, advising on strategy, portfolio operations, and value creation across technology, cybersecurity, defense, and AI-driven businesses. He brings more than 30 years of operating and leadership experience in global technology companies.

Yossi has held chief executive roles at publicly listed and private technology companies, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of SeaChange International and ATEME, where he led large-scale commercial, operational, and organizational transformations. Across these roles, he was responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and repositioning businesses through disciplined go-to-market strategies and operational execution.

Previously, Yossi served as a Partner and Executive Advisor at Black Dragon Capital, supporting control buyout investments and working closely with portfolio company management teams on strategy, growth, and operational scaling. His experience spans the full technology lifecycle, from product development and engineering leadership to global sales, marketing, and solution deployment across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Earlier in his career, Yossi served in the Israel Defense Forces as Lieutenant Head of the Video Section, gaining early leadership experience in mission-critical technology environments. He combines deep operational expertise with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to building and scaling technology-driven businesses.
