Frazer Ross is a Senior Advisor at Pilus Capital, advising on growth strategy, business development, and value creation across defense, cybersecurity, autonomy, and mission-critical technology sectors. He brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across government, defense primes, and advanced technology programs in the UK and international markets.

Frazer currently serves as Senior Director for Defense Growth and Strategy at Amentum, a global defense and engineering services provider with approximately $14 billion in revenue. Previously, he held senior growth leadership roles at QinetiQ and Raytheon UK, where he led large-scale defense, cyber, autonomy, and training transformation programs, including major multi-hundred-million-pound initiatives at Tier 1 and prime contractor level.

Throughout his career, Frazer has driven enterprise growth, new-market expansion, and complex business development efforts across defense, security, data, digital, and uncrewed systems. He has operated comfortably at board, ministerial, and multinational levels, building consensus across complex stakeholder environments and leading high-performing teams to deliver sustained growth, margin improvement, and strategic transformation.

Frazer previously served over 28 years in the British Army, retiring as a Colonel. His military career included multi-theatre operational command and senior strategic leadership roles, providing him with deep experience in risk management, decision-making under pressure, and mission-focused execution in highly complex environments.

Frazer is Institute of Directors trained and holds a Master’s-level education with a focus on board-level strategy, enterprise growth, and operational leadership. He is a strong supporter of veterans and military sport and brings a values-driven, people-focused leadership perspective to his advisory work.
