Andrea Bruhin
COO
Andrea Bruhin is the Chief Operating Officer of Pilus Capital and an experienced operations and transformation executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across private markets, asset management, hedge funds, and banking. She brings deep expertise in operating model design, governance, and large-scale transformation within highly regulated financial environments.
Andrea served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Schwyzer Kantonalbank, where she led the modernization of the bank’s operations platform. In this role, she was responsible for digitalization and process optimization initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and strategic outsourcing, while strengthening governance, risk management, and organizational effectiveness. She also serves as a Deputy Member of the Executive Committee.
Prior to this, Andrea spent nearly two decades at Partners Group, one of the world’s leading private markets firms with over USD 150 billion in assets under management. During her tenure, she played a central role in scaling the organization from 80 employees to more than 2,000 globally. As Managing Director and Global Head of Treasury and Execution, and as a Member of the Partnership, she built and led the firm’s global treasury and execution platform, overseeing fund financing, liquidity management, and transaction execution across Europe, Asia, and the United States, supporting hundreds of investment vehicles worldwide.
Earlier in her career, Andrea held positions at Prosperco Asset Management and UBS AG, gaining foundational experience in private equity operations, asset management, and private banking.
Andrea is a candidate in the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program at NYU Stern, London School of Economics, and HEC Paris. She holds an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich.
